These are some of my favorite shoes from recent seasons. Shoes are probably some of my favorite things to draw[especially designer shoes because they tend to have great organic shape].

Also, some cowgirl boots and a scary girl for good measure//

The Coming Re-vamp//

In the very near future my blog will be taking on a whole new look and purpose. I am finally giving my two loves --illustration/art and fashion-- a place to live together. I have always done fashion illustrations, but I now want to commit to making it my every non 9-5 working moment.

Also, Matt got me a large format Moleskin watercolor sketchbook for Christmas which has inspired quite the quirky fashion doodlings.

A few more things from work. It's been pretty fun, as fun as "work" can be. I've been able to do a wide variety of illustrations and it keeps things interesting. Up next, it's pirate pick-up lines. (These are all for t-shirts, in case I've never mentioned). Hope everyone is splendid.

this little lady likes to control the fate of the sea and its travelers. just refreshing my brain of Illustrator shortcuts in preparation for my first day on the job tomorrow. full-time illustrator, i like the way that sounds. wish me luck.
